Hackers broke into the website of the National Historical Commission of the Philippines (NHCP) Friday early morning, shortly after midnight of Philippine Independence Day, June 12.
The hackers identified themselves as “M3ntioner, Pinoy Vendetta, Global Security Hackers, and All Pinoy Hackers” and posted advocacy statements on corruption and governance in their open letter style post addressed to President Benigno Aquino III.
