A group of Turkish hackers launched cyber-attacks on Armenian government websites, Turkish media reported Wednesday.
ANKARA (Sputnik) — Hackers from Turkey have attacked Armenian government websites, temporarily paralyzing their work amid the conflict in the breakaway region of Nagorno-Karabakh, Turkish media reported Wednesday.
The violence in Nagorno-Karabakh, a breakaway region of Azerbaijan with a predominantly Armenian population, escalated on April 2. On Tuesday, a ceasefire came into effect between Nagorno-Karabakh’s forces and Azerbaijan. Earlier on Wednesday, the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry said the Armenian forces had violated the ceasefire 115 times in the past 24 hours. For the full article click here
